Market entry strategy. For an Asian transport company, developed a strategy to enter the European market. The work included in-depth analysis of the five most attractive markets, identifying the key operating/regulatory issues and potential partners/acquisitions

Merger Integration. Advised on the merger of the European operations of two transport equipment manufacturers. The work included development of alternative organizational models; working with senior management teams to decide the new structure; and detailing the agreed structure in organization charts, roles and responsibilities, and processes.

Investment review. For a private equity firm, advised on a review of selected transport sectors throughout Europe, to identify sectors and specific companies that were attractive investment opportunities and met the PE firm's criteria.

Bid Director. Acted as Bid Director for a client bidding for two rail concessions in continental Europe. The 15 and 25-man bid teams included staff from the client and joint venture partners, technical consultants, and legal and PR advisers.
